    How does cryogenic treatment of my engine increase Horsepower, Torque and overall engine life?

ANSWER:
    By treating your entire engine with our Cryogenic Process, you will dimensionally stabilize and stress relieve your parts, so that they will be able to maintain their shape and size as RPMs, friction and heat increase inside your engine.  Our one time permanent process will create a smoother surface on the face of your parts, increase piston ring seal, reduce blow-by and increase compression, thus resulting in more horsepower and torque.

   We recommend having the engine broken in "after" the treatment.

   Can you cryogenically treat brake rotors and what are the benefits?
ANSWER:
   Yes, brake rotors are a prime example of dimensional instability in metals.  Excess heat cause rotor warpage and premature brake pad wear.  After having the rotors cryogenically processed not only will the rotors not warp but they will also have increased wear resistance.  Plus, the brake pads will last much longer.  Expect a 300% to 400% increase in brake rotor life as a result of cryogenics.

Yes, Cryogenically treated brake rotors are legal in SCCA and in other sanctioning bodies such as PCA Club Racing and BMW Club Racing.

   Do you treat brake durms as well as brake pads?
ANSWER:
   Yes, we do cryo brake drums and pads with a noticable increase in wear resistance and durability.
QUESTION:
   What advantage can you gain from treating valve springs?  Can you gain some stiffness and/or will they tend not to weaken as quickly?
ANSWER:
   Cryogenically treating your valve springs can increase spring durability 100% to 800%. 
QUESTION:
   Do I need to disassemble my motor to have it Cryogenically Processed?
ANSWER:
  Yes. First, if any parts are of dissimilar materials, such as those found in an assembled motor or have force fits, like two-stroke crankshafts, we highly recommend them being disassembled prior to processing.  The reason being dissimilar materials contract and expand at different rates and may conflict with each other if a close tolerances during the process.  Second, is because seals and gasket materials may be damaged as a result of the cryogenic process.  Those must be removed prior to the process.
QUESTION:
   Will the clearances of my motor change after having them cryoed?
ANSWER:
  No.  Cryogenics does not change a part dimensionally.  During the deep cryogenic process the material will contract.  This is one reason we like the parts disassembled prior to the cryo process.  With some engine parts being tightly toleranced, and with the pahse changes going on in the metal, we do not want to take a chance that the parts will be harmed.  All parts expand and contract with large changes in temperature.  The difference is that a cryoed part will keep its shape as originally designed instead of becoming dimensionally unstable like uncryoed parts during operating temperatures.
