"CRYO-REM" (R)

We are unique in that we have both Cryogenics and REM (R) in house.
Our "CRYO-REM" (R) LAB contains two State-of-the-Art cryogenic chambers and a 1,500 liter liquid nitrogen micro-bulk tank. In addition, we have a tempering oven which is necessary to complete the cryogenic process. Our total cryogenic processing capacity is 40 cubic feet which gives us the ability to handle large loads in an efficient fashion.
Our Lab also contains three REM (R) Isotropic Super Finishing equipment packages. Two REM (R) vibratory bowls and control panels are utilized in finishing all gears and other components, excluding crank shafts, and one REM (R) vibratory tub and control panel is dedicated to crank shafts.
